Benjamin (“Bibi”) Netanyahu and his Israeli delegation arrived in Washington today in preparation for his scheduled meetings with President Obama, Secretary Clinton and members of Congress this week.

Few foreign visits to meet with the President have generated as much anticipation and speculation as this current one and while many mid-east watchers point out the Obama administration’s change in tone with respect to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, many are also saying that this is not going to be the battle of wills some are claiming it will be. At least not publicly.

See my post about the Obama admin./State Dept. lifting the US travel ban on Netanyahu’s security adviser, Uzi Arad, here.
