21st Century Statecraft

I was over Still4Hill’s website and came across her latest post, which is an effort to get the State Dept.’s recent video to multiply throughout the net (ie. go viral).  The  video is essentially about utilizing the different modes of communication and social networking to build bridges among ordinary citizens all over the world- people who might not ordinarily ever have an opportunity to come in contact with each other, let alone share views.  The State Dept. is doing this on an impressive scale by using Twitter, YouTube, Dipnotes, etc. to get their message out.
