Hillary Clinton Gets Props for Recent Appointment

Secretary of State Clinton’s recent appointment of Special Representative to Muslim Communities, Farah Pandith, is being warmly received by people at home and abroad who understand why it’s so important to strengthen ties with the Muslim community in the US and around the world. In addition, Pandith’s Kashmiri background has also made many with similar backgrounds, incredibly proud:
“Dr Ghulam Nabi Fai, the Executive Director of Kashmir Centre Washington, has hailed US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton for her decision in honouring a Kashmiri American, Farah Pandit, as the US Representative to the Muslim World. According to Kashmir Media Service, Dr. Ghulam Nabi Fai, in a statement issued in Washington, said that Farah Pandit had made the entire Kashmiri people in general and Kashmiri American community in particular proud with this achievement. He congratulated her on this achievement and expressed confidence that she would fulfil her responsibilities.
The Executive Director said, Farah is a bright Kashmiri-American who has the tremendous responsibility of planting the seeds for a new beginning of Islam-West relations. “This, undoubtedly, is an enormous responsibility, however, her credentials are remarkable,” he added.”
Props to Secretary Clinton for creating this position.
[note: I've seen two different spellings for Pandith's name- I've seen it spelled Pandith and Pandit]

This didn’t get a lot of media attention here in the States. Do you think that’s because the death of MJ and iranian elections dominated news coverage or was it something else?
It didnt get a lot of media attention here because they knew it wouldnt go over well – that shit might play well with the islamofascists but as it is, Barack Hussein Obama doesn’t need to look even more like he’s in the pocket of the Islamofacists than he already is
McCain and Palin were right- Hussein Obama is anti-American and a terrorist sympathizer and by association, so is hillary clinton
Steve-
I think the reason it wasn’t covered was because our media tends to focus less on foreign policy coverage in general (with some exceptions) and when it does, it is usually very general coverage. Look at how the media tend to ignore what is going on day to day at the State Dept and with the Secretary of State- you’d think nothing was going on with American diplomacy, but that is certainly not the case.
This appointment of a special representative to Muslim Communities wasn’t even on the MSM radar as far as I could tell.
Fantasm- your comment amounts to little more than bigoted generalizations and assumptions and thus doesn’t really warrant my taking the time to issue a serious reply.
Muslims, Christians and others should now be united as one. We want peace.
