3:30 p.m. Secretary Clinton participates in a signing ceremony of Protocols of Exchange of Instruments of Ratification for the U.S.-Slovenia Mutual Legal Assistance Protocol and the U.S. Slovenia Extradition Treaty, with His Excellency Samuel Zbogar, in the Treaty Room.
