8:00 a.m. Secretary Clinton attends the Launch of Inter-American Social Protection Network (IASPN)

6:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton holds a Meeting with EU Foreign Ministers, at the Waldorf-Astoria.

7:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton attends the Trans-Atlantic Dinner with EU and NATO Foreign Ministers, at the Waldorf-Astoria.

8:45 p.m. Secretary Clinton meets with the staff of the US Mission to the United Nations.
