First Diplomacy Briefing Series Meeting: Latin America

Secretary Clinton hosted a diplomacy briefing on Latin America and it probably couldn’t be more timely, given Latin America is probably wondering what the heck happened after such a positive start with the Obama administration and the Organization of American States (OAS). And then of course, there is the fall-out from Honduras.

I give Secretary Clinton a lot of credit for being willing to engage people with differing views, particularly after eight years of having Condi Rice and the Bush administration lecturing Latin America and the Americas in general.
