2:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton, Vice President Biden and Dr. Jill Biden co-host a State Luncheon in honor of Chinese President Hu Jintao, at the Department of State.
3:50 p.m. Secretary Clinton, Vice President Biden and Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack show President Hu a model of the proposed China Garden in the National Arboretum, at the Department of State.
4:05 p.m. Secretary Clinton and Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi sign a memorandum of understanding establishing the U.S.-China Governors Forum, at the Department of State.
6:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton attends the State Dinner in honor of Chinese President Hu Jintao, at the White House.
