10:15 a.m. Secretary Clinton meets with the women from the Middle East and North Africa and their American mentors who participated in the TechWomen initiative, at the Department of State.
12:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton delivers remarks at a closing luncheon for women from the Middle East and North Africa and their American mentors who participated in the TechWomen initiative, at the Department of State.
