9:00 a.m. Secretary Clinton participates in a Palestinian Authority-Gulf Cooperation Council (PA-GCC) breakfast meeting, at the InterContinental hotel in New York City.

12:30 p.m. Secretary Clinton signs two memoranda of understanding regarding Haiti, at the InterContinental hotel in New York City.

Secretary Clinton, Haitian Prime Minister Bellerive, the Inter-American Development Bank, the International Financial Corporation, World Bank and Sae-A Trading Co. Ltd., sign a MOU to support economic development in Haiti.

Secretary Clinton, French Foreign Minister Kouchner and Haitian Prime Minister Bellerive sign a MOU committing to cooperate with the Government of Haiti in the reconstruction and expansion of the Hopital Universitaire d’Etat d’Haiti.

1:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton participates in a special session of the Interim Haiti Recovery Commission, co-chaired by Haitian Prime Minister Bellerive and former President Clinton, at the InterContinental hotel in New York City.

3:30 p.m. Secretary Clinton holds a bilateral meeting with Chinese Foreign Minister Yang, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.

4:10 p.m. Secretary Clinton holds a bilateral meeting with Mexican Foreign Minister Espinosa, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.

5:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton hosts a reception for female Heads of State and Foreign Ministers, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.

6:15 p.m. Secretary Clinton holds a bilateral meeting with EU High Representative Ashton, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.
