8:45 a.m. Secretary Clinton holds a bilateral meeting with Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar, at the UN.

9:00 a.m. Secretary Clinton participates in the NATO-Russia Council Ministerial, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.

11:15 a.m. Secretary Clinton participates in a P5+1 meeting, at the EU Delegation Office in New York City.

1:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton signs a memorandum of understanding for the Building Remittance Investment for Development Growth and Entrepreneurship (BRIDGE) Initiative with Honduras and El Salvador, at the Helmsley Hotel in New York City.

1:15 p.m. Secretary Clinton delivers remarks at a luncheon on “Inclusive Finance: A path to the MDGs”, hosted jointly by the United States and the Netherlands, at the Helmsley Hotel in New York City.

2:30 p.m. Secretary Clinton announces an international alliance to support country-led progress in reproductive, maternal and newborn health, at UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon’s Millennium Development Goals’ Maternal and Child Health event, at the UN.

3:30 p.m. Secretary Clinton holds a bilateral meeting with South African Foreign Minister Mashabane, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.

6:00 p.m. Secretary Clinton holds a bilateral meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.

6:45 p.m. Secretary Clinton holds a bilateral meeting with Sudanese Vice President Kiir, at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York City.
