Hillary Rodham Clinton the Most Admired Woman of 2010

December 27, 2010

I believe she has appeared on the top of this list more than any other woman:

As for the women rankings, Clinton led the field with 17 percent, with former Alaska governor Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin in second with 12 percent. Clinton has topped the poll for nine straight years, and this is Palin’s second year in second place. Oprah Winfrey is in third, with 11 percent saying she is the woman they admire most.

Clinton is also among four first ladies who make the list. Michelle Obama came in fourth with five percent, and Laura Bush and Barbara Bush are in a three way tie for ninth with Nobel Peace Prize winner Aung San Suu Kyi .

And from the Gallup website:

“Clinton has dominated the Most Admired Woman title for most of the past two decades, earning 15 No. 1 rankings since her first appearance on the list in 1992.”

WOW! Way to go Hillary, and Gallup didn´t ask to any of us, did they!
AMAZING! Only Hillary gets these marks year after year!

Congradulations Madame Secretary. “Your just to wonderful to wonderful for words”. Compliments from a song by Frank Sinatra who she and Bill love to listen to.

Stacy- is there no daily schedule because one isn’t being released? I know you usually put them up every morning so I am guessing she has no public appointments.

Yes, there have been no public schedules issued since before the holiday. I am guessing she has no public appointments and will begin her foreign travel on January 1st. It would be nice if they would continue to issue the schedule even if all it says is “no public appointments”- at least that way we would know for sure. In addition, the daily press briefings have been sparse.

That’s kind of strange, isn’t it? Don’t they usually put out a schedule even if she doesn’t have appointments? Maybe she took vacation.
