Africa Photo Bomb (thus far)

Due to the time-lag between when things occur in the particular country where the Secretary is traveling and when we here in the US actually get the information, I’m going to fill some of that time (before I head out to do something else) with a photo-bomb from her trip in Africa thus far. I didn’t do one last night so actually, we’re due:
